My dear friends and like minded persons

After discussing various factors in the Brahmcon 2011, it has been decided to bring changes in the team of office bearers in various states as well in the Organizational administration. Besides certain constitutional changes are also made keeping in view of the credibility of the organization. While bringing these changes, various factors like commitment and involvement of the leaders in building up the organization during this year particularly after 5^th and 6^th February 2011 WBC at Hyderabad. 

The following changes are with immediate effect.

Shri Bhagavan Meneria who worked as Coordinator for four western states shall be the Vice President ( Public Relations) in the Central Coordination Committee

Shri Dharm Singh Kaushik who worked as WBO Chapter President of Haryana shall now look after as Chief Coordinator for Haryana, Punjab, J&K, Uttaranchal, HP. 

Pt Ratan Kumar Sastry of Bhiwani has been unanimously elected as Chapter President for Haryana State.

Smt Poonam Shuklaji has been elected as Chapter President for Maharashtra State.

Param Pujya Shri Jyothirnathji  Baba is taking lot of interest and attending to regional and similar other conventions of WBO and he shall now be the Chief Coordinator for the Jagadaacharya Samithi. An Exclusive blog is being opened for this purpose where all data relating to all Swamijis is collected and their authenticity and descendant  details are being placed in the blog for creating an awareness that WBO is taking care in this area.

Shri Hanumantha Rao Magapu shall be the Chief Coordinator for TN, Kerala, Pondichery Areas. A new Chapter President for TN is taking up the responsibility in due course of time.

Interestingly, a good lot of IPS / IAS are coming forward to shoulder the responsibilities of WBO and Brahman Movement and very shortly, list of the leaders will be placed before all of you, while duly uploading the list in the official web of WBO.

Let us march on, our sole aim is to upkeep Brahmanical Values, Promote them as per Vedic Order of life and protection of Brahman Dharma keeping in view of all round development and welfare of the society while supporting the human needs and values.  

The amendments to the constitution which are accepted are as under

1)      The President or the President Elect should not participate in any political party in any capacity, nor he should contest any election, for the reason, WBO is a community based organization and not affiliated to any political party

2)      The President Elect henceforth should contribute atleast Rs.200000 two lakhs of rupees towards the WBO for the expenses and this would help the team that the president elect is truly and factually interested in the activities of WBO. 

3)      The President Elect henceforth should be conversant with E mailing system as the future correspondence of WBO is only linked to E mailing and answers worldwide are expected to be given by the President Elect, as such, familiarity with electronic mailing is a must.

4)      The President Elect should be able to attend any convention arranged by WBO by any of its chapters in India or outside and he should be able to travel widely keeping in view of the interest of WBO.  A non attendance in three consecutive mini conventions or meetings shall make the President Elect as disqualified from the post.  Basically President Elect is expected to work for the organization more or less on a full time basis and should be able to respond to the calls of the chapters as and when time demands.

5)      The President Elect should not have any regional barrier and otherwise and he must keep the activities of the WBO on an on-going basis. 

6)      In the interest of the aforementioned changes, the existing President and Chair BOT can vote for cancellation of the President Elect Position and re-elect a person that suits the criteria aforementioned. 

7)      In view of the (6) above, the team that is existing shall continue till an alternative team is elected and notified.

The aforementioned amendments shall come into force immediately.  And all notifications of the office bearers or cancellations or changes shall be notified only through Official Web of WBO which is final and binding on the team members.

Let me initially congratulate each of you who are volunteered to make the BRAHMCON 2011  a great success at Navsari.  I am just writing briefly on the outcome of the 13^th regional convention in India after 5^th and 6^th February Historical WBC at Hyderabad.  The Navsari Convention is the 13^th one within 11 months and it speaks of the involvement and commitment of the present team of WBO.  I participated personally travelling to all nooks and corners of the country in 12 regional conventions  and only in Uttaranchal I could not participate, where WBO representative Shri Bhagavan Meneria participated and addressed the gathering.  Continuous interaction amongst various levels of the leaders in the community under the flag of WBO helped us to regain our strength.  This being a healthy stepping stone, we expect surely wonderful results  in the days to come.

I must thank the team of BRAHMCON 2011 especially the president of our Gujarat Chapter Shri Suresh Pande and his team of office bearers in the State while exclusively appreciating the efforts of Pundit Shri Girish Sharma.

Dr Shyam Narayan Shuklaji and his wife came from USA to attend the meeting, while Shri Virendra Pande from Chattisgarh; Shri Mahendra Suklaji IPS and his wife from Madhya Pradesh;  Shri Jagdish Dave,   Shri J P Pande, Dr A R  Pathak from Gujarat; Shri Dhananjay Bhatt, President, Brahman Samaj, Navsari; Mrs Poonam Suklaji from Maharashtra; Shri Dharam Singh Kaushik from Haryana; Shri Bhagavan Meneria from Udaipur; Shri Sharad Trivedi from Delhi; and several other dignitaries from different states in India – all together made the Brahmcon-2011 a grand success.

An insight into the past eleven months of the activities of WBO brought us that time has come to build up resources for the WBO.  Many changes are made keeping in view of the activists in different states and performance of the teams were assessed.  The ultimate aim is to build up healthy relationship amongst the team leaders while focusing on the objectives of the WBO.  The decisions which were taken during the Navsari Convention are absolutely in the interest of the organization and all of them are now available in our official website. 

A list of the forthcoming programs is being mailed separately.  Kindly look at the photographs of the Navsari Convention in the Blog of Gujarat Chapter, the photographs are being uploaded.  Straight from Navsari Convention, I left for J&K where I had an opportunity of meeting our Great Kashmiri Pundits especially the leader of WBO in J&K  Shri Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo(President of WBO –J&K Chapter) and other team leaders.  The photographs are being uploaded in the blog of J&K.  More in next. I invite each and every one of you to attend to Gujarat Convention at Navsari on 18^th December 2011.  Let me be very clear about the concept of the WBO, we do not and we are not going to oppose any local/regional/sectoral/linguistic Brahman organization that are already functioning in different places on Holy Mother Earth and surely we welcome as many organizations as possible so that NO ONE in the Rare Species Community of Brahmans are left out.   It is a usual practice in many parts of the world not to invite other organizations while conducting a meeting or Convention, may be with a reason to take the credit of holding the convention on its own. 

But, let me make it very clear, that NO CONFLICT is envisaged by WBO, with any Brahman Organization of any nature, anywhere. We are all ONE wherever we are, in whichever organization we prefer to attach ourselves; in whichever area we live and whatever language we prefer.   We are all working for the same cause, and in fact many groups are needed to cover all uncovered sectors in the Community.  There are a few hundreds of Associations in the name of Kanyakubj Manch, WBF, BSNA and so on.  WE ARE ALL ONE and OUR AIM IS ONE.   Each of our Office bearers and team of WBO are with similar outlook and during the past nine months or so, we have been attending to the meetings organized by different groups in different parts of the country. 

Keeping this main object, LET US ALL INVITE ALL ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR TEAMS FOR THE NAVSARI CONVENTION AND LET US ALL MARCH AHEAD TOGETHER IN ALL TIMES OF NEED.  No organization loses its own identity by merely participating in conventions organized by a different group, in fact such participation helps us to understand where are going wrong.  Therefore, let us invite WBF or BSNA or similar organizations for our Navsari Gujarat Convention, and I appeal to each of you to invite different groups known to you all individually, whole heartedly (It is likely that some groups are not yet known to many of us or not in lime light or some such reasons,   hence I am trying to impress on you all in this direction). 

ONE MAIN THING NOT TO BE GIVEN UP – IN TIMES OF NEED FOR GOOD OR BAD WE ARE ALL ONE AND THIS IS OUR BASIC CONCEPT, to which ever organization basically we are attached for different reasons. WE ARE BASICALLY PURO – HITAS (WELL WISHERS OF THE SOCIETY) AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO PROTECT OUR DHARMA BESIDES OUR DUTY AND CONCERN TOWARDS THE SOCIETY AND HINDUISM.    LET US ALL ENJOY THE PLEASURE OF MEETING, IYERS-IYENGARS-BHATS-NAMBOODRIS-SMARTHAS-KANYAKUBJ-SARAYU-CHITPAVAN-AND HUNDREDS similarly and MANY MORE GREAT LEADERS OF OUR COMMUNITY REGION WISE, STATE WISE, AND DISTRICT WISE ALSO AS AND WHEN OCCASION DEMANDS.     When basically WHEN WE as PUROHITS- well wishers of the society – respect members in any community, why not we respect ourselves in different groups?  Yes, We CAN and WE WILL CONTINUE.  Yours affly

I am thrilled to see amazing response for our forthcoming convention at Navsari on 18^th of this month.  Worldwide leaders are reaching by 17^th while I am camping in Navsari from 16^th onwards.  According to the program as on today, we have a small get together in Jammu and Kashmir on 19^th and at Ghaziabad UP on 22^nd, hence I will be leaving for J&K on 18^th evening soon after Navsari Convention for attending to the meetings at two different spots for gearing up unity move.

One appeal – the book is nearing completion as such I request you to kindly give me information about the local Brahman leaders so that it can be published in the book.

Secondly, it might be possible that our Gujarat WBO Chapter President missed some names of prominent leaders in the country, as such, let us consider this as OUR COLLECTIVE CONCERN and please invite local personalities for the convention on behalf of Gujarat State Unit.
