Count Down Letter for GUJARAT WBO CONVENTION - 1
Before I start writing down the count down letters for
another historical meet of world wide members of WBO at Navsari Gujarat on 18th
of this month, I desire to place before you all that we have entered into our
7th HISTORICAL YEAR OF ASWAMEDHAYAAGAM. Today is Geeta Jayanthi and exactly six
years back on this same day, Lord permitted me to start the Historical
Aswamedhayaagam - exactly it was PARTHIVA NAM SAMVAT - Bright eleventh day of
Margasira Maas associated with Revathi Star - which happened to be the 11th of
December 2005. It went on exclusively for Viswa Santhi and for Viswa Kalyan and
it was concluded successfully hence the era started after it has been named as
SHRI ASWMEDHA YEARS. Accordingly, today we entered into our seventh year of Shri
Aswamedhayaagam.
The most important point that has to be mentioned now is
that, on the eve of the forthcoming Navsari Gujarat Convention of WBO, I came
to Chennai for two reasons; one to take the blessings of Kanchi Mutt Swamiji
and the other is to gear up our Chennai Chapter. Dr Subramanian - Managing
Trustee of Lok Dharma Seva Sanghatan met me yesterday and we had discussed on
the WBO chapter and other issues relating to WBO to activate and concentrate on
two issues relating to Brahman Priests. Some of the points are being taken to
the notice of general body during the Navsari Convention.
Surely, we are taking some concrete steps while focussing on
certain burning issues concerning world wide brahmans during the course of
Navsari Convention. Therefore, I appeal to you all to make yourselves available
at the Convention so that we can take steps COLLECTIVELY in the best interest
of our COMMUNITY; our SOCIETY; as well our RELIGION.
I welcome you all for the convention and the countdown
letters shall continue till 15th of this month. Please arrange to send your
registration forms well in advance so that our Gujarat Chapter President will
be able to make us all comfortable during the course of convention while making
the convention successful and purposeful.
